Al Raffa Tourism is looking for an experienced and proactive
Office Manager
to lead and streamline our travel operations and our travel desk team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the UAE travel industry with in-depth knowledge of booking systems, visa procedures, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office and travel operations
Flight ticket booking (GDS & online portals)
Visa application processing (UAE & international)
Handle all travel-related activities and customer requirements
Coordination with suppliers, airlines, and clients
Supervise team tasks and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain records, accounts, and service reports
Assist in business development and package planning
Requirements:
Minimum
6 years of experience
in the UAE travel industry
Strong knowledge of flight booking systems (GDS preferred)
Well-versed in UAE visa procedures and travel documentation
Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Immediate availability preferred
