Position: Telecaller - Secondary Market
We are looking for
proactive, energetic, and motivated Telecallers
to join our Secondary Market team. If you have a pleasant communication style, strong persuasion skills, and a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and property owners.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Schedule property viewings and meetings for agents.
Promote available secondary market listings to clients.
Follow up consistently to maximize conversions.
Maintain daily reporting on calls and lead activity.
Requirements
Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Real estate experience is an advantage.
Good English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
