Key Responsibilities:
Sell
ready-to-move-in and resale residential properties
across Dubai's top communities
Manage the full sales process: from client inquiry and property viewings to deal closure
Prospect and convert leads through
digital platforms, referrals, and property portals
Advise clients on pricing, ROI, payment options, and legal procedures
Keep up with the
latest secondary market trends and pricing data
Collaborate with in-house mortgage consultants and legal support teams
Build strong client relationships with professional follow-ups and after-sales support
Candidate Requirements:
1+ year experience
in Dubai's real estate secondary market (residential sales preferred)
Strong knowledge of Dubai's freehold communities, pricing trends, and resale processes
RERA certification is an advantage (or willing to obtain)
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Goal-driven, confident, and passionate about closing deals
UAE Driving License
preferred
