Sales Executives for Secondary Market Properties

. If you're a driven, confident closer with experience in the resale property segment, this opportunity offers high earnings, strong support, and a platform to thrive in Dubai's dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the

sale of ready-to-move and resale residential properties

across Dubai Guide clients throughout the sales journey -- inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closing Generate and convert leads through

online listings, referrals, and property platforms

Advise clients on

market pricing, ROI, property valuations

, and investment potential Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's

real estate laws, procedures, and trends

Work with internal mortgage consultants and legal teams to facilitate transactions Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and support
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience

in Dubai's

secondary market real estate sales

Knowledge of

resale properties, ready projects, and freehold communities

in Dubai RERA certified (preferred) or willing to obtain Proficient in English (other languages are a plus) Target-driven, confident, and strong at client follow-ups and negotiations

UAE driving license

is a plus
