experienced telesales professionals
with a background in Dubai's
secondary real estate market
. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for client engagement, property consultations, and closing deals over the phone.

at least 1 year of experience in real estate telesales focused on resale/ready properties
, and a drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment -- we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to leads for resale/ready-to-move properties across Dubai
Promote residential and investment-ready listings to potential buyers
Understand client needs and offer the best available property options
Schedule property viewings and transfer qualified leads to senior consultants
Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and build strong client relationships
Achieve and exceed assigned
monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and meet company goals
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience
in
secondary real estate telesales
is
required
Strong understanding of Dubai's
resale/ready property market
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
Proficiency in English (Multilingual candidates preferred - Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and handle objections professionally
Must be
currently based in the UAE
Strong client-handling and follow-up abilities
Immediate availability preferred
What We Offer:
Monthly salary between AED 3,000 - AED 5,000
(depending on experience)
