We are looking to hire a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an
Telesales Executive
to market our products in
GCC region
. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and boost revenue by selling products over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships with our existing customers.
This is an individual contributor role working within our "Business development" team - reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Opportunity;
We as a Company has a strong presence in the UAE and other GCC markets with products that can be seen in different industries ranging from - construction sites, airports, hotels and laundries etc. Our Products are proven and market leaders in existing markets.
Key Responsibilities
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree in any field
2 years experience in handling tele-sales. Highly energetic and motivated freshers are also considered for the role.
Pro-active nature with effective communication & presentations skill in English - written and spoken.
Experience with the UAE Market & Culture is preferable.
Candidates residing in Ras Al Khaimah will only be considered.
This is a freelance job and candidates should have their own visa.
