The Role

Key Responsibilities:

o Identify and connect with potential quality clients through outbound calls. o Effectively pitch real estate projects and services to prospects. o Qualify leads and transfer them to the sales team for closure. o Maintain accurate client information using CRM software. o Track call outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups. o Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal closure. o Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details. o Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.



Requirements

3-4 years of experience in telesales, with 1-2 years in real estate. o Proven ability to find and engage quality clients. o Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. o Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management. o Deep understanding of the sales cycle and deal-closing process. o Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player. o Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
