Elmbridge Realty is seeking a Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for ambitious, confident, and target-driven professionals looking to build a successful career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads. Present Elmbridge Realty's property portfolio and promote real estate projects. Build and maintain professional client relationships through consultative communication. Follow up with clients to ensure engagement and conversion. Achieve monthly sales targets. Keep CRM system updated with all client interactions.

Requirements:

Previous Telesales or telemarketing experience (real estate industry preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Target-driven and motivated personality. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Professional, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
