Telesales Executives
to join our high-performing sales force and help drive success in Dubai's booming property market.
Job Role:
As a Telesales Executive at QSA Real Estate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, promoting prime real estate opportunities, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads
Promote and explain real estate offerings
Schedule Meeting and follow up with clients
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
Meet or exceed weekly targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of telesales or sales experience
Fluent in English, Arabic, and French
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Confident, goal-oriented, and a team player

50% commission split

This is a COMMISSION-ONLY role with the possibility of earning an uncapped income on commissions.
