highly motivated Telesales Executive
to connect with prospective clients, promote our premium real estate offerings, and drive sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
Present real estate projects, investment opportunities, and promotions persuasively
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client information
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (real estate experience is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
