  • You will work to identify and develop job opportunities with new and existing accounts, by building effective relationships and gaining a better understanding of the company needs and recruitment requirements. Business Development, Research, Identify and Acquire Clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms Proactively network and upsell with existing clients. Conduct meetings to secure business. Involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client after Having researched their business and requirements. Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies. Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. Visiting clients to build and develop relationships. Following up inbound leads and client requests. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of the clients recruitment needs and requirements. Attend regular business and social networking events. Proactively generating own leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone (cold-call/inbound), referral, networking, and industry events. Effectively managing service providing and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging business network. Communicating new resources developments to prospective clients. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique services propositions and differentiators. Research and build relationships with new clients. Researching clients (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential business. Overseeing the development of marketing literature. Identifying the key predicts and prescriptions of the latest market trends. Identify opportunities for services, and business channels that will lead to an increase in clients Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients and partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Conduct regular follow-up with manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Identifying new work force demand. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. Establish and maintain strong bond with our partners and stakeholders. Ensure a sustainable relationship with clients throughout a regular communication. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person. Present new services and enhance existing relationships. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. Providing management with feedback. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business, is a key role within Business Development. Handling end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior and executive level roles. Industry exposure includes sectors such as government, semi-government, real estate, civil and electromechanical contracting, architectural design, financial services, port & marine, oil & gas, manufacturing, FMCG, retail etc. Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively. Effective communication and listening skills. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel ) Motivated, team player & target-oriented. consultancies or consultants company industry experience is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 2-3 years of similar experience 6 days working week
