with experience in kitchen equipment, refrigeration, basic plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will ensure all cafe equipment is functioning smoothly and assist the operations team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and repair cafe equipment (freezers, ovens, mixers, juice machines, etc.)
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and basic plumbing issues
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain a log of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed
Coordinate with external vendors when required
Support outlet operations and handle urgent repair calls
Ensure all work is done safely and in compliance with mall and HSE standard
Requirements:
Proven experience as technician in F&B, hospitality, or facilities management
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and basic electrical systems
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns
Good communication skills (English required)
UAE experience preferred
Age: 22-40 preferred
Must be available in UAE for interview and trial
