Job Vacancy: Kitchen Equipment Technician

We are looking for a skilled

Kitchen Equipment Technician

to join our company.

Requirements & Experience:

Previous experience in any hotel, catering company, or commercial kitchen equipment service company. Ability to repair and maintain

hot kitchen equipment

such as Rational combi ovens, Convection oven, Gas/electric range with oven, Grill / Salamander grill, Fryer (single/double deep fryer), Tilting pan / Bratt pan, Boiling pan / Kettle / Boiler, Pizza oven, Microwave oven (commercial), Hot plates / Induction cooker, Shawarma machine / Rotisserie, Hot holding cabinets / Bain-marie. Knowledge of

cold kitchen equipment

such as Scotsman / Hoshizaki ice machines, freezers, chillers, ice cream machines, and juicer machines, Refrigerators (upright, undercounter, display chiller, salad counter, etc.), Cold holding counters / Prep counters. Experience with

commercial Meiko dishwashers, Henkelman vacuum packaging machines.

Strong troubleshooting skills

for both electrical and mechanical faults.

Preventive maintenance knowledge

to reduce breakdowns. Ability to

work independently

without step-by-step guidance. Should be able to

diagnose, repair, and test machines alone

.

Handle urgent breakdowns

quickly and efficiently, even outside normal hours if required. Ability to

read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documents

.

Good communication skills

to update management about issues and required spare parts. Should be able to

recommend spare parts

and arrange correct replacements. Willing to

visit client sites

(hotels, restaurants, catering companies) when needed.

Basic welding, plumbing, and electrical knowledge

is a plus. Must keep

tools organized

and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
