We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer specializing in business process documentation. This role requires a deep understanding of various business processes, including finance, operations, etc., and the ability to map and document these processes comprehensively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operating manuals, and assisting in our digitization efforts. The candidate will also support operational and internal audit functions during audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain detailed documentation for various business processes including, but not limited to, finance, operations, and marketing.
- Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Assist operational and internal audit teams during audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of SOP compliance.
- Create and update process maps to accurately reflect current business procedures.
- Track the status of documentation deliverables and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide support in digitizing existing and new process documentation as part of the company\'s digitization efforts.
- Develop and maintain operating manuals, ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with company standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather necessary information and understand the processes in-depth.
- Represent our company in client meetings, effectively communicating to build and strengthen client relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Technical Writing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably with a focus on business process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- In-depth understanding of various business processes across departments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with document management systems.
