Our software Products and Solutions have been extensively used around the world since 2001 across 51 countries to manage the deployments and maintenance of nationwide Telecom Networks. We are searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team and help take our [customer/client]-focused services to new heights. Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with SMEs, Customer support, and Product Management functions to understand how each product works, gather information, and ensure that complete and accurate information is presented to the customer.

• Design and develop written and/or visual product-related information (for example, user manuals, Help systems, Release Notes, architecture, videos, diagrams etc...) for varied audiences.

Qualifications/Skillset

• 5-10 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer.

• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and team playing skills.

• Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.

• Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and agile development process.

• Hands-on experience in creating video tutorials would be an added advantage.

• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
