The role
We are seeking a Technical Sales & Business Development Executive to be a central figure in our growth.
This role is for a proactive and results-driven professional who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, securing sales and long-term contracts.
You will directly manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and provide expert technical advice on the best swimming pool equipment and maintenance solutions.
Create and present professional proposals and quotations for new equipment installations, major renovations, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including property developers, facility management companies, and landscape architects.
Work closely with our operations team to ensure all client expectations are met during project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a technical sales or business development role within the swimming pool, MEP, or a water treatment industry in the UAE.
Technical Knowledge:
A strong understanding of swimming pool hydraulics, filtration, heating/cooling, and disinfiction .systems.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
Licensing: A valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.
