We are seeking a

Sales & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning as a trusted expert in smart home and AV solutions. This is a consultative, high-impact sales role -- ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, design-led technology environment and is passionate about delivering value to high-end residential and commercial clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of sales or business development experience in AV, home automation, IT, security systems, or ELV integration. Proven track record of B2B or project-based solution selling. Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain smart home solutions in simple terms. Strong network within the interior design, construction, or real estate industry is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills -- confident, articulate, and persuasive. Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with a "closer" mindset. Energetic, positive, and eager to grow with a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities (e.g., interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, end clients). Generate qualified leads, build a robust pipeline, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical walkthroughs (with support from our presales/engineering team). Prepare and present compelling solution proposals and quotations. Maintain CRM with accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal stages. Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the brand. Collaborate with the Founder for strategic deals and key accounts. Provide market insights, trends, and competitor intelligence to support company growth and positioning.
