We are seeking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our dampers line. This position demands a strategic thinker with good technical knowledge and shown expertise in sales and client acquisition in the HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment industries. You will be in charge of identifying new business possibilities, building client relationships, and maintaining continuous revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and engage with new prospects including MEP consultants, contractors, architects, and facility management companies.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams including production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and strategy.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities.
Work with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact the company's business. Use this information to adapt and refine business development strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
2-5 years of proven sales experience in HVAC, construction materials, or mechanical equipment sales.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related industry
Strong knowledge of damper types and applications in HVAC systems is required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, and report preparation.
UAE Driving License
