We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
? Demonstrate strong sales skills and excellent phone etiquette.
? Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanour while interacting with customers.
? Multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
? Exhibit a strong passion for the industry.
? Possess extensive knowledge of the current flower and event management business, which will be a significant advantage.
? Have fluency in both English and Arabic.
? Utilise strong sales and negotiation techniques.
? Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE.
? Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various floral designs, flowers, foliage, and their seasonal availability.
? Identify, affiliate, and onboard Flower Shop vendors and corporates in the UAE and other countries.
? Be accountable for business development and client relationship management.
? Exhibit proficiency in pitching to Merchants, Vendors, and Brand owners.
? Possess knowledge of developing an effective lead follow-up process.
? Demonstrate expertise in market expansion, brand projection, new client acquisition, and awareness of the company's brand.
? Have proficiency in commercial and technical evaluation.
? Display excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
? Showcase strong problem-solving and creative skills.
? Exhibit exceptional time management and organisational skills.
? Be a proactive lead generator.
? Build effective relationships with individuals at all levels and influence them.
? Stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
? Pay meticulous attention to detail.
? Make cold calls and secure appointments with retailers.
? Be a self-starter who excels both independently and in a collaborative environment.
Pay: base pay + Sales commission/incentives upon achieving targets

? At Least 1 Year Experience in Floral Industry
? Must Be Fluent In English & Arabic
