Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales & Business Development Executive for our OCTANORM sales division.

Qualifications:

1) Degree/Diploma in Engineering with specialization or hands-on experience in modular exhibition systems.

2) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the exhibition, events, or interior fit-out industry.

3) Proven knowledge and working experience with OCTANORM, Maxima, beMatrix, or similar modular systems.

4) Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of exhibitions, events, and interior solutions industries.

5) Strong understanding of technical drawings, system capabilities, and structural constraints.

6) Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing presentation skills.

7) Experience working in international or multicultural environments.

8) Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar visualization/drawing tools will be an added advantage.

:

1) Identify and develop new business opportunities across exhibition organizers, stand builders, agencies, corporates, and interior contractors.

2) Promote OCTANORM as stand-alone solutions or part of larger event/fit-out offerings.

3) Prepare commercial proposals tailored to client needs.

4) Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

5) Apply systems engineering knowledge to recommend the best-fit modular configurations based on project requirements.

6) Present technical information in a clear and simple way that highlights the benefits of modular systems and help clients understand how they work for best results.

7) Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for growth.

8) Attend local trade shows to build brand presence and generate leads.

9) Contribute to pricing strategies, marketing input, and new product/service introductions.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
