Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Scope & Requirements Management: ? Collaborate with clients to define, document, and manage project scope and requirements. ? Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project deliverables. ? Maintain a list of project artifacts to manage the project 2. End-to-End Project & Program Management: ? Lead the project lifecycle, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. ? Establish and monitor deliverables, milestones, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. 3. Business Process Mapping & Documentation: ? Analyze business processes and develop system architecture diagrams and information f lows with swim lanes and system mappings. ? Define KPIs, personas, and work with Product Analysts on data architecture. ? Gather necessary API documentation, facilitate client sign-offs, and create detailed approach notes for team alignment. ? Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into UI/UX features.
Reporting & Cadence Management: ? Break down tasks for all business processes, assign owners, and set accurate ETAs. ? Prepare and distribute daily/weekly MIS reports on project status. ? Lead structured cadence reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring thorough follow-ups and Meeting Minutes (MoM) documentation.
