Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Architect to support our large-scale building construction projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in architectural detailing, design coordination, and authority compliance within UAE-based contracting firms.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and manage architectural shop drawings, submittals, and coordination with structural and MEP systems
• Liaise with consultants and authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA) for design approvals and compliance
• Resolve technical site issues and deliver timely architectural solutions to support construction progress
• Conduct reviews of project specifications and design documentation to ensure buildability
• Manage document control, versioning, and technical communication across teams
• Support site execution with precise architectural guidance aligned with project timelines

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• 7-10 years of UAE experience in technical architectural roles with reputable contracting firms
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools for shop drawing production
• Solid understanding of local authority regulations, submission requirements, and construction codes
• Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
