Job Details

• Work as part of the site office team on large-scale building projects
• Review, coordinate, and deliver technical architectural documentation in line with project requirements
• Oversee design compliance for residential and hospitality developments
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and design issues
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation for construction stages
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams during project execution

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Technical Architect with main contractors in the UAE
• Proven portfolio of residential and hospitality building projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and technical detailing
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Based in the UAE and willing to work full-time on site in Dubai South
