This senior-level role focuses on the technical delivery of hospitality-focused architectural projects, ensuring compliance with local and international codes while maintaining design integrity and coordination throughout all phases.

Job Overview

• Lead the technical development of hospitality and hotel projects across all design stages
• Review and validate detailed design drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance
• Ensure documentation meets Dubai authority submission requirements including DM, DTCM, FLS Code, and other applicable standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design challenges
• Maintain strict adherence to concept design intent throughout technical development
• Ensure compliance with international codes (IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, LEED, IPC, etc.)
• Mentor junior team members, manage technical staff, and support BIM adoption
• Coordinate technical submission packages for approval and provide authority interface support
• Conduct regular technical audits and lead multidisciplinary coordination reviews
• Align deliverables with project targets, deadlines, and internal quality benchmarks

Job Requirements
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on hospitality projects
• Prior experience delivering at least 8 city hotel projects

Skills and Certifications

• Strong knowledge of Dubai codes and authorities (DTCM, FLS Code, DM, FPA, IPC)
• Dubai Municipality registration preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and coordination capabilities
• Excellent organizational and multi-project handling skills
