Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a Lead Concept Architect to join its Design Studio in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Concept - Residential, this role will drive the development of innovative architectural concepts for high-profile projects, including Azizi Venice and Azizi Opera. The position requires strong design leadership, advanced 3D modeling expertise, and the ability to translate visionary ideas into practical and aesthetic architectural solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the conceptual design phase, developing innovative architectural ideas and strategies for residential projects
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements and transform them into compelling design solutions
• Work with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, architectural models, and design documentation
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance and technical support
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final outputs
• Stay updated with global design trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable practices to integrate into Azizi projects
• Develop advanced 3D renderings and visual presentations using 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in concept design, ideally within consultant firms or design studios
• Proven expertise in leading conceptual design phases for large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and related rendering software
• Strong ability to create visionary designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Leadership skills to mentor design teams and foster creativity within the studio
