As a Team Manager, you will oversee and mentor a high-performing real estate sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing operations, and ensuring your team meets and exceeds targets across off-plan and secondary property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in off-plan and secondary sales.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
Drive revenue growth and ensure high client satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including reporting and pipeline management.
Collaborate with senior management to refine sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, including off-plan and secondary markets.
Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
