Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of real estate professionals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market opportunities
Guide agents on best practices, client relationship management, and deal conversion
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to regular team training and development
Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaignsStay informed about market trends, property values, and regulatory updates
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate leadership or sales management role Candidates with a British background are preferred
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and current trends
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Proven track record in developing and managing high-performing sales teams?
Proficient in using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
