The General Manager (GM) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate company, ensuring smooth execution of property sales, leasing, development, and property management activities. The GM will lead cross-functional teams, implement strategic initiatives, and drive growth and profitability across all business segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's vision and market opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities including property acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.
Operational Management:
Supervise daily operations across sales, leasing, marketing, property management, and support teams.
Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, customer service, and profitability.
Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor KPIs, P&L statements, and financial performance of the company.
Team Leadership:
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.
Sales & Marketing:
Oversee marketing campaigns, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Monitor property market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Mitigate risks related to contracts, leasing, transactions, and property management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record in operations management, sales leadership, and team development.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property regulations, and market trends.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate software
