Sales Manager

to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team.

Role Overview:



As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring a team of property consultants, and developing strategies that take our sales game to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents
Develop sales plans and monitor KPIs
Coach and train team members to achieve targets
Identify and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion
Build and maintain client relationships
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Goal-driven with a passion for sales and real estate
UAE driving license is an advantage
