You'll earn
70% commission
on your personal transactions and an additional
10% override

Your Responsibilities:
Close your own real estate sales and leasing deals
Recruit, manage, and support 2-3 agents under your guidance
Train and motivate your agents to perform and meet targets
Track team performance and coordinate with company leadership
Represent the company with a leadership mindset in the market
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2-3 years of Dubai real estate experience
Proven sales/leasing track record
Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Confident in closing deals and mentoring others
Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus)
