We are Hiring: Team Leader - Off Plan Sales (Primary Market)
We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Team Leader
. If you are an outstanding professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in the UAE off-plan market, we want you on board!What will you do?
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets. Build and develop your own sales team from the time of joining. Identify and generate sales opportunities in the off-plan/primary market. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members. Ensure excellent customer service with both new and existing clients. Stay up to date with UAE real estate regulations, developers, and market trends. Conduct sales meetings, set targets, and monitor team performance. Handle HR-related duties including interviews, onboarding, and team management. Collaborate with management to design and implement effective sales strategies.
What are we looking for?
2-3 years of UAE real estate experience
(specialized in off-plan sales).Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and manage a team.
In-depth knowledge of UAE developers and real estate projects. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Fluency inEnglish or Russian
(Arabic is a plus).What you will get:
