Basic salary:

up to AED 10,000/month

Team commission:

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants to hit monthly targets Create and execute sales strategies for off-plan projects Prospect, network, and build strong relationships with clients and developers Support your team through negotiations and deal closures Stay updated on market launches, trends, and competitor activity Manage your team's portfolio and sales process end-to-end Collaborate with marketing and management to maximize lead conversion

Requirements

4-5 years of UAE real estate experience

(minimum 2 years in off-plan)

Leadership experience

with a track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication and negotiation abilities Organized, driven, and team-focused Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus) Knowledge of Sharjah real estate market

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
