Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Drive sales for off-plan projects and secondary market properties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and pipeline management
Support agents in client negotiations and deal closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and ADREC regulations
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience in UAE real estate
, with exposure to
off-plan and secondary market
sales
Proven leadership or team-handling experience
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
