Job Overview
As a Team Leader - Butler Services at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, you will lead a team of butlers responsible for delivering high-touch, personalized experiences for VIP guests. This front-of-house role in luxury hospitality demands excellent communication, leadership, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the butler team, ensuring outstanding guest service
• Personally welcome guests on arrival and ensure consistent butler engagement throughout the stay
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, coordinate across departments for flawless service delivery
• Conduct villa orientations and lead resort property tours with professionalism
• Support upselling of dining, spa, and resort offerings by providing informed recommendations
• Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and diplomatically

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a luxury 5-star hotel
• Background in F and B or butler services is preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian or European are highly valued
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
• Strong team management and multicultural leadership experience
