Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Dubai's newest ultra-luxury destination, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee Laundry Services. This hands-on leadership role is key to maintaining the highest operational standards in our laundry department, supporting our commitment to exceptional guest service.

• Coordinate shift activities, monitor inventory, and manage workflows efficiently
• Maintain professionalism when handling guest interactions or VIP garment care
• Uphold departmental policies with integrity, acting as a role model for service excellence
• Implement process improvements and support sustainability initiatives within the laundry unit

Candidate Requirements

• Post-secondary education or High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality laundry or housekeeping role
• Exposure to international hotel environments and multicultural teams preferred
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and committed to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
