What You'll Do:
Lead talent reviews and workforce planning
Drive the performance management cycle
Partner with L&D on upskilling initiatives
Manage succession plans and career paths
Analyze engagement survey results and talent metrics
What We're Looking For:
4-6 years of HR experience (with 2+ in talent management or OD)
Bachelor's in HR or related field (Master's preferred)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
