  • All our Talent Management Products breakfrom HR traditional practice and are redeveloped to meet the needs of ouremployees and convince them with their impact.
  • As the Talent and Performance ManagementConsultant you will be part of the global Talent Management team within SiemensEnergy HR and be responsible for delivering programs that help employeesperforming better and unleashing their human energy.

  • You will be located inMiddle East or South Africa to support global Talent Management rollout plansaccording to the Hub and Division TM plans and work in partnership with ourbusiness, your HR, and Talent Management peers to implement and coordinatesolutions locally. In addition, you will organize and facilitate trainingsessions locally to enhance retention and to roll out Talent Managementproducts and programs.
  • Your focus will be on global PerformanceManagement as our key strategic lever and one of our focus HR premises towardsSiemens Energy. We want to drive and support structural change throughstate-of-the-art performance management that is closely linked to successionand development. Our new approach is about helping people perform better and toenhance the quality of people management.

What YouBring
  • The foundation of your career is a successfully completed university degree (Master) in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources and further training in the field of Talent and Leadership Development
  • You have held roles within Talent Management/ Organisational Development that have focused on Transformation and Change Management at a global or regional level.
  • In addition, you are familiar with coordinating projects and driving global initiative and have experience in concept designing and implementation on a global scale with a good understanding of business needs (what are the drivers etc.) to ensure a holistic understanding of the stakeholders’ needs.
  • You are a strong business consultant with a solution-oriented mindset, driven by enabling others with your expertise to generate change. You communicate clearly and able to facilitate and motivate others
  • To work with your colleagues all over the world you are sensitive to different cultures, willing to work across time zones and you are open to travel you must have worked in roles with global scope
  • You are willing to work in a global, agile team set-up with focus on topics and not hierarchies.
