Job Title Head Talent Management
Description
- Set up performance management process, coaching leaders on performance appraisals and monitoring performance development plans
- Create appraisal format, calendar and performance linked incentives
- Development learning strategy, create training programmes and training calendar
- Identify areas of training needs both technical and soft skills
- Deliver training content to the team
- Utilise external vendors for technical training
- Develop graduate programme
- At least a Bachelors degree and a job role related certificate/qualification
- At least 8 years in a similar role, at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong communication style, confident to deliver own training
- Ideally experience in a government entity and exposure to working with talent management of Emirati population
To receive the full salary package and housing allowance - you must reside in Abu Dhabi
