About the role*
We are seeking a super organised Talent Liaison Manager who will efficiently lead the team for the duration of the AlUla Concert Series at Maraya Concert Hall from the initial advance, artist arrivals, show day and post show wrap-up.
The Talent Liaison Manager is the go-between for the Talent performing and the event organisers and clear communication is maintained throughout, by looking after their needs and keeping them well informed.
You will manage a team of Talent Liaison Coordinators and Representatives; liaise constantly and consistently with the Logistics and Production departments relating to the Talents' requirements to ensure a smooth operation.
You will schedule & lead project team meetings in line with the production schedule; whilst time tracking and managing the talent liaison budget in conjunction with the client's requirements.
You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond's values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do. About you
