About the role*
We are seeking a Talent Liaison Coordinator who will provide support to and be guided by the Talent Liaison Manager whilst acting as the go-between for the Talent performing and the event organisers and clear communication is maintained throughout, by looking after their needs and keeping them well informed.
You will coordinate various talent elements of the AlUla Concert Series such as: Administration, Transport and Catering, etc. in line with Far and Beyond's protocols and guidelines.
You will coordinate a team of Talent Liaison Representatives; liaise constantly and consistently with the Logistics and Production departments relating to the Talents' requirements to ensure a smooth operation.
You will maintain & minute project team meetings in line with the production schedule; whilst time tracking to ensure key deadlines are met. You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond's values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do.

About you*

• Previous experience in artist/ talent liaison management/ rep for music and other high profile events

• Experience in developing and building strong relationships with a range of partners and suppliers

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully manage the team

• Keen on working in a fast-paced environment whilst growing networks locally, nationally and internationally

RATE: *Monthly, freelancer contract (rate dependant on experience) *
PROJECT DATES*
Start Date: Mid August 22 (to be on site from early-mid September)
Finish Date: End of March 23 *
LOCATION: * Al Ula, Saudi Arabia *
LOGISTICS*
ACCOMMODATION: Individual hotel/ apartment rooms are provided
CATERING: On site crew catering is provided *
TRAVEL*

• Home country travel (for example to get to the airport) booked at best rate available and inline with our Expenses policy (booked by yourself and claimed back through expenses)
• International Flights included
• Visa's are applied and paid for by Far and Beyond
• Ground transport required for work during the project will be provided
