About the role*
We are seeking an Accommodation Manager who will oversee the planning and logistics between the Project Management team and the AlUla accommodation providers for the duration of the AlUla Concert Series in Saudi Arabia.
The Accommodation Manager will liaise with and contract the accommodation for the crew and artists with the relevant proprietors to ensure a smooth stay for all those involved. This will include checking rooms are up-to standard and key packs are ready for collection. Any issues must be dealt with in a timely, yet professional manner should they arise.
Whilst in AlUla, you will be supported by the Head of Logistics and costs must be tracked against a provided budget.
You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond's values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do. About you

• Previous experience in sourcing and booking accommodation

• Ability to build professional relationships quickly and confident in negotiating with suppliers

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully manage the team

• Keen on working in a fast-paced environment

ACCOMMODATION: Individual hotel/ apartment rooms are provided
CATERING: On site crew catering is provided *
TRAVEL*

• Home country travel (for example to get to the airport) booked at best rate available and inline with our Expenses policy (booked by yourself and claimed back through expenses)
• International Flights included
• Visa's are applied and paid for by Far and Beyond
• Ground transport required for work during the project will be provided
