About the role*
We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will provide support to and be guided by the Project Manager whilst coordinating various elements of the AlUla Concert Series such as: Administration, Finance, Catering, etc. in line with Far and Beyond's protocols and guidelines.
Oversee the communication across the project liaising with the client, contractors and the internal teams on the ground in Saudi Arabia to create a professional, yet friendly & fun environment for the duration. You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond's values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do. About you

• Previous experience in project or production coordination/ management

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Keen on working in a fast-paced environment

RATE: *Monthly, freelancer contract (rate dependant on experience) *

Start Date: Mid August 22 (to be on site from early-mid September)
Finish Date: End of March 23 *
LOCATION: * Al Ula, Saudi Arabia *
LOGISTICS*
ACCOMMODATION: Individual hotel/ apartment rooms are provided
CATERING: On site crew catering is provided *
TRAVEL*

• Home country travel (for example to get to the airport) booked at best rate available and inline with our Expenses policy (booked by yourself and claimed back through expenses)
• International Flights included
• Visa's are applied and paid for by Far and Beyond
• Ground transport required for work during the project will be provided
