About the role*
We are seeking a Ground Transport Manager who will oversee the management of all Ground Transport logistics and movements for crew and artists in Al Ula.
The Ground Transport Manager will liaise with and contract the ground transport providers to ensure a smooth operation for all those involved. This will include creating robust schedules and clear communication between the Ground Transport Coordinator, Talent Liaison teams and the drivers.
To ensure a smooth operation around the clock, shared day/ night shifts will be coordinated so there is a logistics team point of contact out of hours; this will also include taking ownership of a GT Duty phone on a rota basis.
Whilst in AiUla, you will be supported by the Head of Logistics and costs must be tracked against a provided budget.
You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond's values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do.

About you*

• Previous experience in ground transport management/coordination, ideally within the live events industry

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully manage the team

• Keen on working in a fast-paced environment

LOGISTICS*
ACCOMMODATION: Individual hotel/ apartment rooms are provided
CATERING: On site crew catering is provided *
TRAVEL*

• Home country travel (for example to get to the airport) booked at best rate available and inline with our Expenses policy (booked by yourself and claimed back through expenses)
• International Flights included
• Visa's are applied and paid for by Far and Beyond
• Ground transport required for work during the project will be provided
