About the role*
We are seeking a Ground Transport Coordinator who will provide support to and be guided by the Ground Transport Manager, Logistics Manager and the wider team on-site.
The Ground Transport Coordinator is the main point of contact for crew bus drivers, staff vehicles and primary liaison between the Artist Liaison team who travel with Artist parties.
To ensure a smooth operation around the clock, shared day/ night shifts will be coordinated so there is a logistics team point of contact out of hours; this will also include taking ownership of a GT Duty phone on a rota basis. You will act as a role model for Far and Beyond's values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do. About you

• Previous experience in ground transport coordination, ideally within the live events industry

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully manage the team

• Keen on working in a fast-paced environment

• Home country travel (for example to get to the airport) booked at best rate available and inline with our Expenses policy (booked by yourself and claimed back through expenses)
• International Flights included
• Visa's are applied and paid for by Far and Beyond
• Ground transport required for work during the project will be provided
