We are looking a

Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting within the UAE real estate or property development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization especially in real estate and property development functions. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals social media networking and referrals. Screen interview and shortlist candidates in alignment with job requirements and company culture. Maintain an updated talent database and pipeline for future recruitment needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews assessments and feedback sessions between candidates and hiring teams. Prepare and extend offer letters and employment contracts in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience

in recruitment, preferably within

real estate or property development

. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience using HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
