Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
A highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Professional with 2 years of specialized experience seeking a challenging Recruiter role within a dynamic organization in Abu Dhabi. Possesses a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, with a particular interest and experience in the Offshore, Oil, and Gas sectors. Core Competencies & Qualifications:

• Recruitment Expertise: 2 years of proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role intake and job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Well-versed in recruitment best practices and employer branding techniques.
• Sector Specialization: Prior experience and a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape within the Offshore, Oil, and Gas industries, including knowledge of key roles, technical skills, and industry-specific challenges.
• Sourcing Prowess: Demonstrated success in utilizing a multi-channel approach to attract and identify high-quality candidates (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals).
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth, collaborative hiring process.
• Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations (e.g., visa processing, employment contracts, and termination procedures), ensuring all hiring practices are fully compliant.

Professional Experience & Key Skills:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing vacancies from initial briefing to successful hire, including conducting pre-screening interviews and coordinating the interview process.
• Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Proactively building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through ongoing market research and relationship management.
• Talent Strategy: Partnering with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop effective talent acquisition plans to meet them.
• Data-Driven Approach: Monitoring key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and report on hiring activity.
• Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants, strengthening the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
