Talent Acquisition Specialist
with a strong background inreal estate sales hiring
. The candidate must beArabic-speaking
and have proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and placing real estate sales professionals. Immediate joiners will be given priority.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate sales roles. Source and attract qualified Arabic-speaking candidates through various channels. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Build and maintain a pipeline of real estate sales professionals. Ensure timely hiring to meet business needs and sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Recruitment Specialist
with focus onreal estate sales hiring
. Must beArabic-speaking
. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and UAE labor market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Location:
Abu Dhabi (must be willing to work onsite).Availability:
Preference for candidates who can joinimmediately
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
