We at Align Staffing Solutions are currently hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter to join our team

Office Location : Business Bay

Salary: Competitive and as per industry standards

Working days /Hours : 5 days/week ; 8hrs +1 hr break / 2 Days off

Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires .

Screen applications and resumes, conducting initial phone screens to assess the candidate's qualification and fit .

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.

Requirements and skills

3-5 years work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks .

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Strong background in recruitment and client management, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Human Resources Management or relevant field
