Work Location: Sharjah Must have Experience in FMCG (Sales & Distribution) with experience of hiring Sales Reps, Van Salesman, Delivery drivers, Merchandisers, Pre-sellers, Sales & Warehouse Coordinators, Forklift operators etc... Responsible for end-to-end execution of the recruitment cycle from Job Requisitions to Onboarding New Employees. Work closely with the management to ensure that the recruitment process moves efficiently and that the organization is effectively identifying and recruiting the talent as per the business needs. Ensuring pre-joining and onboarding formalities are followed as per Company recruitment policy. Making arrangements for joining tickets and accommodation 10 days in advance before the candidate arrives. Ensuring HR Induction, Medical Test, Emirates ID process is completed before the deployment takes place. Updation of the Recruitment Tracker on timely basis. Initiating the process of ID Creation/Desktop/Laptop/Vehicle Requisition depending upon the position of the new joiner. Once the Onboarding process is completed deployment of the new joiner to the concern reporting manager. Assist in the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Manages the administrative support function in hiring and onboarding new candidate. Communicating the details of the new joiner to the HR team and the concern line managers.
