TALENT ACQUISITION ASSISTANT SCOPE OF WORK

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Department of Culture & Tourism- Support Services Sector's recruiting efforts. The Associate assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports talent acquisition efforts by: Posting jobs; Sourcing for potential profiles Assisting with the pre-screening of candidate profiles; Submitting pre-screened candidate profiles to hiring managers; Arranging online and face to face interviews; Assisting in the administration of tasks, case studies or tests if required for the roles; Collecting required documents; Drafting offer endorsements of selected candidates for management's approval; Coordinating and sending request for HRA processing to the Talent Acquisition Officer; Drafting HRC requests; Updating reports; Coordinating with outsourcing agencies and requesting for updates; Initiating job requisitions via SAP Success Factor system; Keeping in touch with being processed candidates and guiding them on the next steps of processing Other duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree plus relevant administrative and recruitment experience. Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles. Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency. Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy. A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters. Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and related report generation experience.

DUTY TIMING: Monday to Thursday : 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a,m. to 1:30 p.m. Required to report on-site.

CONTRACT TYPE: Freelance Contract

CONTRACT DURATION: 12 months
